Gold and silver prices change through the day, and so do ours. A price on a product page, in a banner or in your bag is an estimate until you pay. When you press Pay we hold the price for 5 minutes; if the payment completes in that time, that is the price you pay.

When our rate provider's rate is not live and fresh, prices are labelled Stored and shown for information only. We do not take orders at them.

Nothing on this site is investment, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell. A coin or bar is a purchase of goods, not an investment product or a savings scheme. Metal prices can fall as well as rise, and past prices say nothing about future ones. If you are buying as an investment, speak to a qualified adviser first.

Product photos show the design. The coin or bar you receive may differ slightly in colour, finish or packaging, and is not shown to scale. Pictures in banners, galleries and videos are illustrations and may show settings, props or pieces that are not for sale.

What you are buying is what the product page states: the metal, the purity and the weight.

Designs, names and marks of a coin or bar belong to its maker. We make no hallmarking, assay or certification claim about a product unless its product page states one specifically.
